Please get authorization from Noble Bear Furniture And Home Decor before returning any item. We ship directly from the artist in most cases. Return policies from one artist to the next vary therefore our return policy changes from item to item depending on the individual artists return policy. In most cases all sales are final. Artists that do except returns require a 15% restock fee and the minimum fee is $20.00. If you are returning items that we sent in error, no restock fee will be charged. If you are not pleased with any product, we will contact the artist on your behalf and negotiate a full refund of your full purchase price with no promises. As part of the negotiation with the artist, we can pose the possibility to exchanging your item for an up grade of your choice. All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Noble Bear Furniture And Home Decor is not responsible for the return shipping charges unless we shipped the product in error. Please note that shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and is not a reason to return a product. We will assist you in settling your claim with the carrier. Note if a package arrives at your destination damaged on the outside of the shipping box. Make a note of this in the presence of the delivery person on the shipping invoice, before signing that you have received the item from the freight company. This will give you a good case for filing a claim against the freight company for damaged items. |
